Shipping policy

Production time

Every gift is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Shipping time

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Once your order ships, standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 8–13 business days of being placed.

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy seasons, such as the weeks before Christmas and Mother's Day, or when carriers experience delays. We recommend ordering early for important dates.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Sending a gift

You can ship a gift straight to the recipient by entering their name and address as the shipping address at checkout.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us at support@selecao.space right away. We can update the address before your order ships, but not after. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
