Personalized products and your content

Our products are made to order using the photos, text and other content you provide ("your content"). By uploading or submitting your content, you confirm that:

You own your content or have permission to use it, including any photos of other people.
Your content doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
Your content isn't illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise offensive.

You give us permission to use your content only to produce, ship and support your order. We may refuse or cancel any order that doesn't meet these terms, with a full refund.

Previews and product appearance

Design previews are a close representation of your finished product. Small differences in color, placement and scale can occur because of printing methods, materials and screen settings. Photos with low resolution may appear less sharp when printed.

Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll issue a full refund.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for details about delivery times, damaged items and refunds. Both policies are part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text and graphics created by Selecao, belongs to Selecao and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selecao isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
